- Order and payment metadata provided through our hosted checkout, including Stripe session information.
- Basic analytics and diagnostic data, including pageviews, clicks, browser errors, and web performance metrics.
- Emails or messages you send directly to Rankara.
How we use your information
- To generate your free score or paid audit.
- To deliver purchased reports and respond to support requests.
- To detect product issues, broken flows, and site performance problems.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse of the service.
Payments and processors
Payments are handled through Stripe-hosted checkout. Rankara does not store your full payment card details on this website.
We also use service providers for infrastructure, analytics, and transactional delivery when needed to operate the service.
Retention and contact
We keep audit and order records for as long as they are reasonably needed to deliver the service, support customers, maintain business records, and troubleshoot issues.
